14 OCTOBER – 28 NOVEMBER 2021
Intervening in public space is a way of inhabiting the space, establishing the life of the Manteros Union and its struggle: What is a hawker and what place does it have in the community? What does a journey mean in the life of a Mantero? What is the blanket? Why is the Union important? What future and present scenarios does the Union draw?
In this TOP MANTA intervention, the Union has decided to display a genealogy in the public space. A genealogy that takes a journey through the life of the union using fiction as a political tool to re-construct pasts that reorganize the present and the future in a right way.
