SIN INTIMIDAD

The idea of Extimacy, an exposed intimacy, appears linked to the habits and technologies that have transformed our image between our private and public. But for some people, this condition, in which private means public, has always been the reality: the sick, the taken, prostitutes, homeless people, nomads and interns of all kinds. The exhibition gathers photographs and film frames (both printed or screened) of these people, exploring cinema, documentary and staged photography. These are people excluded by the luxury of intimacy, with lives surrounded by the eye and judgment of the whole world: doctors, clients and passers-by in general. People outside privacy, deprived of privacy, the same privacy that specifically, today surprises us in its voluntary and technological modification done by young and not so young.
